Viewers who tuned into a Children In Need's special DIY SOS show on Wednesday night were given a disappointing message just minutes into the programme.
Presenter Nick Knowles, who has fronted DIY SOS for more than two decades, was at the helm of the special episode on BBC One. But he was forced to share the news that not everyone in the UK would be able to watch the programme.
Upset Nick took to Twitter with a statement, he said: "Sadly for some reason DIY SOS is not on in Wales until 11.10pm which is odd given Wales has had two huge Children in Need builds in the last few years with Roots Wales and Surfability who are both doing great work in their new buildings."

Leeds charity Getaway Girls, which has been operating for 35 years, empowering girls and young women to support each other, featured in the episode. Their mission is to provide a safe space and support for all women, no matter of their circumstances.
The charity received a new building in the episode, which will provide the chance for the charity to support more girls from across the city and make a positive difference to their lives, Leeds Live reports.
Nick Knowles returned for this year's Children in Need special after being replaced in 2021. It came after Nick fell foul of BBC rules earlier that year, by appearing in a Shreddies advert.
In the advert he was seen as a builder and under BBC editorial guidelines actors and artists are banned from appearing in promotional work "in a way which mimics or replicates their on-air roles for the BBC."
In a joint statement the BBC and Nick said: “Both Nick and the BBC have resolved the issue recently reported relating to Nick’s commercial agreements and BBC guidelines. With the campaign still running, Nick will step back from the DIY SOS Children In Need special this year but will be back on our screens in 2022.”
The BBC said in a separate statement that Nick was "an important member of the BBC family".
