The Eagles exited the Week 10 bye with the best record in the NFL, and as Jalen Hurts and company work to get healthy, they’ll begin a five-game gauntlet of games that starts with the Chiefs and includes the Bills, Cowboys, 49ers, and Seahawks.
Philadelphia is headed toward a deep playoff run, and they’ll need to rely on depth, talent, and versatility at multiple positions.
Around the league, Dallas, Detroit, and San Francisco remain dominant in the NFC, while Baltimore took a big step forward with their dominating win over the Bengals.
With the Eagles and Chiefs set to square off, there could be a new top team in the NFL, while the Ravens rose a few slots in the updated Week 12 NFL Power Rankings.
32
Carolina Panthers (1-9 )
Bryce Young finished 16 of 29 for 123 yards, and the No. 1 overall pick threw his third pick-6 in the last three games, while also accounting for a lost fumble.
Carolina (1-9) is assured their sixth straight losing season since David Tepper took over as owner in 2018.
31
New England Patriots (2-8)
A Week 11 bye and the struggles of Bryce Young are the only thing keeping the Patriots from being the worst team in the league.
They’ll face the 3-8 Giants on Sunday.
30
Arizona Cardinals (2-9)
The Cardinals are tied with New England for the second-fewest wins in the NFL, but Arizona is playing hard, and competing under first year head coach Jonathan Gannon.
Star quarterback Kyler Murray threw for 214 yards with a touchdown and an interception in his second game back after recovering from a torn ACL. He also rushed for 51 yards and a score in the 21-16 loss to Houston.
29
Chicago Bears (3-8)
Chicago caused four Detroit turnovers — including three interceptions from Jared Goff — but could not hold onto a late 12-point, fourth-quarter lead in a 31-26 loss to the Lions.
The Bears (3-8) blew a chance to win consecutive games for the first time in nearly two years against one of the NFL’s better teams and a division rival.
In his first game back from injury, Justin Fields matched a career-high with 18 carries and had 104 yards rushing. He was 16 of 23 passing for 169 yards with a touchdown.
28
New York Giants (3-8)

DeVito, who still lives with his family in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, completed 18 of 26 passes for 246 yards and three touchdown passes: two to Saquon Barkley and one to Darius Slayton.
27
Tennessee Titans (3-7)
Following a 14-point loss at Tampa Bay, Tennessee fell to 0-6 away from home this season and have yet to score more than 16 points in any road game.
Rookie quarterback Will Levis completed 13 of 17 passes for 158 yards, with two touchdowns and a fumble.
26
New York Jets (4-6)
The New York Jets have four wins, but could literally be the worst team in the NFL entering Week 12.
The Jets (4-6) lost their third straight game and coach Robert Saleh is contemplating a quarterback switch after starter Zach Wilson was benched with 2:17 remaining in the third quarter and replaced by Tim Boyle.
25
Los Angeles Chargers (4-6)
Five of the Chargers’ six defeats have been by a combined margin of 14 points.
Justin Herbert was 21 of 36 for 260 yards with two touchdowns, while Chargers edge rusher Joey Bosa was carted off the field with a foot injury on the game’s opening series.
24
Washington Commanders (4-7)
Sam Howell had 3 interceptions and the Commanders had 6 total turnovers in an ugly 31-19 loss to the last-place Giants.
The win gives the New York Giants a season sweep of Washington, and two of their three wins on the season.
Howell was 31 of 45 for 255 yards passing, but had the worst performance of his career.
23
Los Angeles Rams (4-6)
Matthew Stafford passed for 190 yards in his return from injury and led two fourth quarter scoring drives for the Rams (4-6), who snapped their three-game losing streak with a shocking season sweep of the Seahawks (6-4) this season.
22
Atlanta Falcons (4-6)
Atlanta had a bye in Week 11 and sit just two games back of the Seventh playoff spot, and just one game behind the Saints for the NFC South lead.
21
Green Bay Packers (4-6)
With Aaron Jones ruled out, Jordan Love threw for 322 yards and found Romeo Doubs for a 24-yard touchdown with 2:33 left to give Green Bay a 23-20 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
Love went 27 of 40 and became the first Packer to throw for more than 300 yards since Aaron Rodgers had a 341-yard day against the Chicago Bears on Dec. 12, 2021.
20
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-6)
Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield threw a touchdown pass for Tampa Bay (4-6), but Todd Bowles defense had no answers for Brock Purdy and the 49ers and lost for the fifth time in six games.
19
Las Vegas Raiders (5-6)
Aidan O’Connell finished 24 of 41 with 271 yards and three interceptions, throwing a pick to Jalen Ramsey on Las Vegas’ final drive in a 20-13 loss to the Dolphins (7-3).
18
Indianapolis Colts (5-5)
The Colts were the only AFC South team to have a Week 11 bye, and they’ll return for a Week 12 matchup against the Buccaneers.
17
Denver Broncos (5-5)
Russell Wilson put on his best performance of the season, going 27-35 passing, for 259 yards and a late touchdown pass to Courtland Sutton as the Broncos overcame a 17-9 deficit, to upset the Vikings, 21-20.
Denver is now one game back of the Steelers (6-4) for the final AFC playoff spot.
16
New Orleans Saints (5-5)
The Saints were winners last week, getting a much needed bye, along with maintaining their edge in the NFC South.
15
Cincinnati Bengals (5-5)
The Bengals are looking to regroup after a humbling 38-20 loss to the Ravens that saw Joe Burrow exit for the remainder of the season with a wrist injury.
14
Minnesota Vikings (6-5)
Minnesota was on a five-game winning streak entering Sunday night and set to get wide receiver Justin Jefferson back in the lineup, but blew a late fourth-quarter lead in a 21-20 loss to Denver.
Josh Dobbs was 20-32 passing for 221 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Dobbs also had eight carries for 21 yards and one rushing touchdown. Even with the loss, Minnesota will remain in the 7th and final playoff spot entering Week 12.
13
Seattle Seahawks (6-4)
The Ramsm Lucas Havrisik made a 22-yard field goal 1:31 to play, and the Seahawks Jason Myers missed a 55-yard attempt with 3 seconds left in Los Angeles’ 17-16 victory over Seattle on Sunday.
Seattle held a 16-7 lead Seattle before quarterback Geno Smith was sidelined by a hit late in the third quarter from Aaron Donald, whose left arm made hard contact with Smith’s throwing arm.
The Seahawks still have a two game hold on the final NFC playoff spot.
12
Buffalo Bills (6-5)
Buffalo united after the firing of OC Ken Dorsey, and quarterback Josh Allen threw three touchdown passes as the Bills scored on six of their first eight possessions in a 32-6 rout of the AFC East-rival New York Jets on Sunday.
Allen was efficient as a passer, going 20 of 32 for 275 yards with an interception. His 81-yard touchdown pass to Khalil Shakir was the longest scoring play from scrimmage this season, and the beatdown came after quarterbacks coach Joe Brady took over as coordinator after Ken Dorsey was fired on Tuesday following a 24-22 loss to Denver.
11
Pittsburgh Steelers (6-4)
Pittsburgh was outgained for the 10th straight week and QB Kenny Pickett (106 yards) was outplayed by rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson, as Cleveland’s top-ranked defense forced 9 Steelers punts.
The Steelers fell to 49-15 against rookie QBs since 1970.
10
Houston Texans (6-4)
C.J. Stroud threw for 336 yards with two touchdowns, and the Texans overcame his season-high three interceptions to beat the Cardinals 21-16 on Sunday.
Stroud’s 2,962 yards passing are the fourth-most ever in a player’s first 10 games, and he joined Joe Burrow as the only rookies in NFL history with 300 or more yards passing in three consecutive games.
Houston (6-4) has already doubled their win total from last season and have won three games in a row for the first time since a nine-game streak in 2018.
If the season ended today, DeMeco Ryan’s group would be the sixth seed in the AFC.
9
Jacksonville Jaguars 7-3
Trevor Lawrence bounced back from the Week 10 beatdown against San Francisco, logging four touchdowns, including two dimes to Calvin Ridley, as the Jaguars handed a 34-14 beatdown to the Titans on Sunday.
Ridley finished with seven catches for 103 yards, finding the end zone twice for the first time with the Jaguars (7-3) and doubling his touchdown total for the season. Lawrence also ran for two scores for the first time in three NFL seasons, becoming the first player in franchise history with two touchdown passes and two rushing scores in the same game.
8
Cleveland Browns (7-3)
Rookie quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson rallied the Browns to a last-second 13-10 win over Steelers on Sunday maintaining their fifth place hold in the AFC playoff race.
The former UCLA star completed four straight passes on a clutch drive to set up Dustin Hopkins’ 34-yard field goal with 2 seconds left that gave Cleveland a 13-10 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
7
Miami Dolphins (7-3)
Jalen Ramsey’s acquisition paid off in a big way on Sunday, as the All-World cornerback make a spectacular play in the end zone to pick off an Aidan O’Connell pass with 22 seconds left, helping the Dolphins holdoff the Las Vegas Raiders’ fourth-quarter comeback and overcome three turnovers for a 20-13 win.
Tua Tagovailoa was 28 of 39 with 325 yards, two touchdowns and an interception for Miami. He also lost his third fumble of the season on a scramble on the Dolphins’ opening drive.
Star wide receiver Tyreek Hill caught his league-leading eighth touchdown of the season and had 146 yards on 10 catches.
6
Dallas Cowboys (7-3)
Dak Prescott threw for 189 yards and two touchdowns, and DaRon Bland tied an NFL record with his fourth pick-6 of the season as Dallas crushed the Carolina Panthers 33-10 Sunday for their fourth win in the last five games.
Bland made a diving interception of Bryce Young near the sideline early in the fourth quarter, and raced 30 yards for a touchdown to give the Cowboys a 30-10 lead. Bland tied an NFL record shared by Philadelphia’s Eric Allen (1993), Kansas City’s Jim Kearney (1972) and Houston’s Ken Houston (1971).
5
Detroit (8-2)
The Lions rallied from a 12-point deficit late in the fourth quarter, and overcame Jared Goff’s three interceptions to beat the Bears 31-26.
Detroit has its best overall record through 10 games since 1962, and are quickly approaching the magic number to clinch its first division title in three decades.
4
San Francisco 49ers (7-3)
Looking to regain his mojo, Brock Purdy threw a 76-yard dime to Brandon Aiyuk for one of his three touchdown passes, and the 49ers beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 27-14 on Sunday.
Over his past two games, Purdy has ompleted 78.4% of his passes for 629 yards with six touchdowns and no interceptions.
On Sunday Purdy was 21 for 25 for 333 yards to join Joe Montana as the only quarterbacks in 49ers franchise history to post a perfect passer rating in a game with at least 15 attempts.
3
Baltimore Ravens 7-2
Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson accounted for 318+ yards and two touchdowns as the Ravens offense exploded on the ground and through the air for over 400+ total yards, and Todd Monken’s best game as offensive coordinator.
Baltimore improved to 8-3 on the season and will have had ten days of rest before traveling to Los Angeles to play Justin Herbert and the Chargers after a 34-20 win over the Bengals at M&T Bank Stadium.
Pro Bowl tight end Mark Andrews will miss the remainder of the season with a fractured fibula.
2
Kansas City Chiefs (7-2)
The Chiefs are rested after a Week 10 bye and they’ll have a mini-Super Bowl rematch against the Eagles (8-1) on ESPN’s Monday Night Football.
A Kansas City loss would put Baltimore (8-3) into the top spot in the AFC playoff picture entering Week 12 action.
Andy Reid (Chiefs/Eagles) is 31-6 after a bye, including the postseason — and that includes a 13-1 mark during 14 regular seasons in Philadelphia and a 9-3 record in postseason games.
1
Philadelphia Eagles (8-1)
The Eagles (8-1) are back to business after a much-needed bye, and with the rent still needing to be paid, the team has started early preparation for a six-game gauntlet that will shape the NFC playoff picture.
If the postseason started this weekend, Philadelphia would still have the week off as the overall No. 1 seed in the NFC and the team with the best record in the NFL.
Since Week 7, Eagles’ quarterback Jalen Hurts has a 75.0 completion percentage, an average of 8.8 yards per attempt, an 8-to-1 passing touchdowns-to-interceptions ratio, and a 125.5 passer rating. Hurts has an opportunity to win the NFL MVP award, and that’ll likely put Philadelphia back in the Super Bowl.
