A third man has been charged with a murder after a 20-year-old was fatally shot in Newham, east London.
Shaquiel Samuels, 28, of no fixed address will appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, charged with the murder of Otas Sarkus.
He is also charged with attempted murder, the Met confirmed on Monday.
Otas tragically died in hospital after being found with a gunshot injury in Raymond Road, Newham, on the evening of Wednesday, August 18.
A second man, aged 18, was also found injured on a Route 238 bus on Plashet Grove.
He was taken to hospital where his condition was assessed as non-life-threatening.
Two men have already been charged in connection with this investigation.
Dean Adams, 32, of Stevenage Road, East Ham,and Deon Brisport, 30, of Lauriston Road, Hackney, were both charged with murder and attempted murder.
Both are remanded in custody. A trial date of November 28 has been set for the Old Bailey.
