Newcastle United's FA Cup third round clash away to Sheffield Wednesday has been selected for live television coverage.
The tie has been picked by BBC 1 for broadcast and the kick off game has been switched to 6pm with TV chiefs turning up looking for a shock result.
United will face the Owls Saturday, January 7 as Eddie Howe prepares to pit his wits against the League One side.
Howe's team were beaten 1-0 by third flight opponents in the shape of Cambridge United last season.
