Newcastle fans think Eddie Howe is only right about one of the three players he decided to omit from his 25-man squad.
The Magpies announced on Thursday who would be available for selection between now and the end of the season with Ciaran Clark, Isaac Hayden and Jamal Lewis left out.
Hayden and Lewis were excluded due to injury but Clark - who was sent off during the Toon’s 2-1 mid-season friendly against Al-Ittihad - missed out on merit.

The arrival of five January signings placed pressure on Howe, who had to trim down the numbers before tomorrow night’s crunch clash against Everton.
Almost 5,000 ChronicleLive readers cast their vote on who they believe they should face the chop.
A staggering 4,473 agreed with Howe ’s decision to freeze Clark out after a string of underwhelming performances this season.
However, those surveyed thought Emil Krafth should have been the next Toon player left out, with third-choice goalkeeper Mark Gillespie also fortunate to survive the cull.
Interestingly, Lewis - who has been linked with a loan move to Turkish outfit Trabzonspor - received just 1,031 votes, making Howe’s decision to leave him out the most unpopular.
Other close calls were Dwight Gayle (1,593 votes) and skipper Jamal Lascelles (1,336) who has come under fire in recent weeks for several defensive errors..
