Antonio Conte will be without six Tottenham Hotspur first team players for the pre-season friendly against Rangers at Ibrox.
Spurs are back in action in Glasgow following their return from their pre-season tour to South Korea and their matches against Team K-League and Sevilla. Now they take on Scottish giants Rangers for the first time since 2004 in what was expected to be a sold-out stadium at Ibrox.
Yves Bissouma and Fraser Forster, who had to return from Seoul later than the rest of the team after testing positive for Covid early in the tour, have travelled with the squad, as has Ivan Perisic. Conte said last week that he expected to hand the 33-year-old Croatian his first minutes in a Tottenham shirt against the Glaswegian outfit.

Ben Davies misses out with the ankle injury picked up in Korea that could make him a doubt for the Premier League opener against Southampton, while football.london understands that Oliver Skipp has also missed out on the trip to Scotland with a minor injury, not associated with the pelvic problem that ended his season prematurely last time around.
Spurs' most recent signings Djed Spence and Clement Lenglet have made the trip to Glasgow and will be hoping to make their friendly debut for the club. Joe Rodon also returns to the squad following his illness.
The quartet who were left behind from the Korea tour - Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso, Sergio Reguilon and Harry Winks - have all remained behind in England once again as the quartet seek moves away from the club.
