Newcastle United forward Garang Kuol has been spotted amongst the crowd at the Emirates Stadium, as he watched his new teammates draw 0-0 against Premier League leaders Arsenal.
The 18-year-old officially became a Newcastle player on New Year's Day, after he signed on a pre-agreement from Central Coast Mariners for just £300,000 in September last year.
Eddie Howe has revealed that Kuol will train with the first team but is likely to head out on loan to gain further experience. Howe revealed in his pre-match press conference: "It's a possibility Garang could train with us for a little while. But I do think that for the player's development, he needs to go and play.
"If possible, that would be at a very good level, with a good club and a good coach. That’s not a decision that’s been made currently, so we’ll have to assess what all of our options are."

Kuol has been tipped for a bright future, after exploding onto the scene in Australia with the Mariners. He became the club's youngest goal scorer at 17 years and six months old and notched six goals and four assists in 19 games across all competitions.
He was directly involved in 1.43 goals per 90 for the Mariners, and was rewarded for his remarkable breakthrough with his first international cap for Australia in a friendly against New Zealand in September.
The teenager was then named in Graham Arnold's 2022 World Cup squad and featured twice as Australia reached the Round of 16. In doing so, Kuol became the youngest player to play in a World Cup knockout match since Pele in 1958.
