New on Apple TV in February 2026 — 3 must-watch shows and movies

Apple TV logo on winter blue background.

It's already nearly February, somehow, and if you're in the mood to stream something fresh on Apple TV, there's plenty to look forward to on Apple's oft-overlooked streaming service.

After starting the year off strong with the return of "Shrinking," "Tehran" and "Hijack" — all of which will continue to drop new episodes through the month — Apple's bringing us even more treats this February. Right before Valentine's Day, the streamer's adding "Eternity," David Freyne's 2025 rom-com with Elizabeth Olsen, Miles Teller, and Callum Turner.

Plus, subscribers can also look forward to the return of Apple TV's mystery thriller, "The Last Thing He Told Me," and Titan fans will doubtless be looking forward to "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters" season 2, which is back at the end of the month. Below, you can find a little more info about everything that's new on Apple TV in February 2026.

What's new on Apple TV in February 2026

'Eternity'

"Eternity" takes place in the afterlife, where souls have just one week to decide where to spend the rest of eternity. The movie focuses on Joan (Elizabeth Olsen), who faces a truly impossible conundrum: should she see out the afterlife with Larry (Miles Teller), the man she spent her life with, or with Luke (Callum Turner), Joan's first love, and a man who died young and who has been waiting decades for her to show up.

It's an impossible choice, and serves as the basis of a charming romantic comedy that's perfect for cuddling up in front of. Don't just take my word for it, either: TG's Malcolm McMillan called "Eternity" both "one of the best rom-coms [he'd] seen in years" and "one of [his] favorite movies of the year so far" back in November 2025.

'Monarch: Legacy of Monsters' season 2

Apple TV's MonsterVerse show is back right at the end of February — and it has a brand new Titan in tow. In "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters" season 2, we pick back up with the fate of the organization (and the world) hanging in the balance.

Apple teases that this "dramatic saga" will reveal buried secrets that will reunite our heroes (and villains) on Skull Island, plus a mysterious village where a mythical Titan rises from the sea. And while season 2 will feature Godzilla and Kong, it's "Titan X" whose arrival truly spells disaster. The series synopsis dubs the creature "a living cataclysm," and says the world will hold its breath when its massive, bioluminescent form breaks the surface of the ocean.

'The Last Thing He Told Me' season 2

"The Last Thing He Told Me" premiered on Apple TV back in 2023, but is returning this month for a second season that's based on Laura Dave's sequel novel to the series' namesake, "The First Time I Saw Him."

In this second chapter, Hannah's (Jennifer Garner) missing husband, Owen (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), shows back up after spending five years on the run. Owen's reappearance plants Hannah and her stepdaughter Bailey (Angourie Rice) in a race to figure out how to reunite their family before the past really catches up to them. Judging by the trailer, it looks like an action-packed second installment that thriller fans won't want to miss. Given it's been a couple of years, maybe now's the perfect time to cram in a rewatch before the season 2 premiere?
