New mam Charlotte Crosby calls motherhood ‘fairytale bubble’ in emotional Instagram video

Charlotte Crosby has opened up about her experience of motherhood, saying that she is in “absolute bliss” after coming home from the hospital.

The former Geordie Shore star, 31, welcomed a baby girl with boyfriend Jake Ankers earlier this month , with her dad Gary confirming the happy news. Admitting that she had spent the past week in “the biggest baby bubble”, Charlotte shared a sweet photo of flowers and balloon gifts that she had come home to.

“Baby girl is just precious,” she wrote alongside the photo. “My life has truly changed. What a blessing.” Charlotte later appeared in a new video to give fans a sweet update.

Beaming from ear to ear as she addressed her Instagram followers on her Stories, Charlotte began: “Hi, I’m back, and I’m… a mother!” The emotional star appeared overcome with excitement as she pressed her hand over her mouth, seemingly at a loss for words over her new bundle of joy. “Wow. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow,” she continued.

“I just can’t get too much into it, because I will literally cry. Wow. Wow.” Charlotte went on to apologise to her fans for not updating them on Instagram sooner, and added that she couldn’t wait to tell the full story of her daughter’s birth.

“It’s just bliss. Absolute bliss,” she said, before cutting the video short to “compose herself” as she teared up. “Honestly, I have got so much to update you all on,” she continued after a pause.

“It was magical. Like… I’ve got so much to share, I’ve got so much to share.” Charlotte added that fans would be able to catch updates and see photos via an upcoming post on her subscriber site Charlotte’s First Look .

“I’m probably going to go quiet on Instagram again,” she added, unable to suppress her smile. “Because I’m just living in this fairytale bubble where I don’t have time to be chatting on Instagram.”
