Striking new images have been released showing what the Southport Marine Lake Events Centre could look like after a major redevelopment.
Sefton Council has revealed new images of the planned £37.5 million development which will create nearly 300 new jobs for the area. The designs differ from images released in the past as there is no longer a walkway stretching out in the Marine lake.
The new pictures also show how the jaw-dropping Water and Light show installation could look. The Marine Lake Events Centre will replace the Southport Theatre which closed its doors in 2020.
