Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has suggested Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor should testify before the US Congress over his dealings with Jeffrey Epstein.

It comes after disturbing photographs released in the latest Epstein files appear to show Andrew crouched on all fours over a woman lying on the floor.
