A new Spanish-language renovation reality show with a cause, titled 'Juntos en Acción' (Together in Action), is gearing up to hit TV and mobile screens. Hosted by a well-known actor and singer alongside his TV personality wife, the four-episode series is a collaborative effort between Warner Bros. Discovery's U.S. Hispanic division and Omnicom Media Group.
The show follows missions to identify communities in need and partners with local leaders, celebrities, and businesses to spearhead essential renovation projects. Design expert Daniela Nares and general contractor Arturo Contreras will be instrumental in bringing these initiatives to fruition.
'Juntos en Acción' aims to showcase powerful storytelling that highlights the lives and stories of Latinos, offering a platform for brands to engage with their audiences effectively. Through a partnership with WBD, OMG will integrate brand placements for some of its clients within the show.
The celebrity lineup for this season includes singer-songwriter Natalia Jiménez, along with actors Adamari Lopez, David Chocarro, and Karla Monroig. They will assist in selecting projects and make appearances during key moments. The series will also feature nonprofit organizations such as the Mexican American Council, The Tom Ramsey Foundation, Fit Kids of America, and El Hogar del Buen Pastor.
With a focus on combining celebrity influence, purpose-driven narratives, and support for the Hispanic community through impactful renovation projects, 'Juntos en Acción' aims to offer a blend of entertainment, brand visibility, and multimedia engagement. Filming has concluded in Austin, Miami, and Puerto Rico, with exclusive content like behind-the-scenes footage and character profiles set to be shared on social media.
The show is scheduled to premiere in the second quarter of 2024 across WBD's linear and digital platforms, complemented by a series of podcasts to enhance viewer engagement.
