Neighbours star Peter Hardy has been found dead on a beach in Australia.

The 66-year-old TV actor drowned in Fremantle near Perth, Western Australia, on Thursday. Peter had travelled to Perth from London to visit his mother.

He reportedly was snorkelling at South Beach when he ran into trouble. The exact circumstances of Peter's death are still unknown reports the Mirror.
