Neighbour ran to give shooting victim, 15, scarf as she bled in street

A neighbour rushed to give a 15-year-old girl, who had been shot, a scarf as she bled in the road.

The girl was shot at a bus stop on Upper Warwick Street, in Toxteth, at around 5.10pm on Tuesday, March 1.

Merseyside Police cordoned off the area a short time later and the schoolgirl was taken to hospital in a serious condition. Police have since confirmed she is now stable.
