Here’s the latest Nottingham Forest news on Thursday, 1 December, 2022.
Tottenham sent Djed Spence advice
Alan Hutton believes former Nottingham Forest loanee Djed Spence is in danger of having his confidence heavily knocked at Tottenham Hotspur and has pushed for the player to pursue a loan move away from the club.
Spence, 22, signed for Spurs in a deal worth around £12.7 million this summer after enjoying a successful promotion campaign with Forest, where he recorded six goal involvements across his 38 starts for The Reds .
The England U21 international has since seen little-to-no game-time under Antonio Conte with just three Premier League substitute appearances to his name, for a total of four minutes of action.

Neco Williams decision defended
Wales manager Robert Page has defended the decision to let Nottingham Forest wing-back Neco Williams play on after suffering a head injury against England.
Williams stooped to block a long-range shot from Marcus Rashford in the first half, with the powerful strike hitting him on the top of the head. The Forest man, who joined from Liverpool in the summer transfer window , immediately went down and play was halted.
After being briefly assessed on the pitch, Williams carried on for another 12 minutes before flagging that he needed further attention. He was then substituted. Brain injury charity Headway criticised the handling of the incident, saying “yet again medics are giving no options” while calling for the introduction of a temporary concussion rule.
Jordan Henderson and Neco Williams moment spotted
England midfielder Jordan Henderson showed his caring side in helping Nottingham Forest's Neco Williams during the World Cup.
After an initial assessment the wing-back played on for 12 minutes, before signalling he couldn't continue and being substituted. It might have been an on-pitch exchange with former Liverpool teammate Henderson that helped him make that decision.
Eagle-eyed viewers will have spotted a moment between the pair, which came as Henderson fouled Williams in the middle of the park. As the two men went down, Henderson noticed something was not quite right and stopped to check on him.
FIFA23 make Nottingham Forest addition
Nottingham Forest fans have given an excited reaction to the long-awaited addition of the City Ground to EA Sports’ FIFA23.
The game was officially released back in September, but the original version was without Nottingham Forest ’s home stadium, following the club’s promotion to the Premier League just a few months earlier.
A lot of new additions to the Forest squad in the summer transfer window also saw a lot of new faces added to the squad in the game. While being able to play at Forest, Reds’ fans have had to wait to play the game at the City Ground.
