Nebraska supreme court lets people with past felonies vote again after attempt to block them

The Nebraska Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that people with past felony convictions can immediately register to vote after they’re finished serving their sentences, a decision that comes as early voting is already underway in the 2024 presidential election.
