The NBL will supply all of its clubs with financial documents at the centre of a NSW Supreme Court dispute if the disgruntled owner of the Illawarra Hawks is successful in his legal fight.
Ahead of Friday's first court hearing, the offer looms as a possible blow to Hawks owner Jared Novelly, who has been attempting to rally the owners of the remaining nine clubs against NBL owner Larry Kestelman.
