National furniture firm announces plan to move to 'important' Nottingham street

Nottingham Sofas Stuff

A new furniture shop could open at a prominent Nottingham location after plans were lodged for the site. An application has been put forward for signage for a new store, Sofas & Stuff, for the former Sofa Workshop store in Castle Boulevard.

The Sofa Workshop in Nottingham opened in 2018, however, it closed its doors this year after going into administration, with the loss of 77 jobs. The potential new store, Sofas & Stuff, is a furniture store that sells everyting from sofas to beds and coffee tables. They have 20 showrooms throughout the country.
