The NFL has finished up its list of the top 100 players in the league as voted on by the players. The first half of the list included three members of the Cleveland Browns:

- CB Denzel Ward
- OL Wyatt Teller
- OL Joel Bitonio
As the top 50 players started getting rolled out, another Browns member joined the list with RB Nick Chubb ranked #33.
As noted in that article, Chubb’s video ended by noting that he was the team’s second highest-ranked player on the list. To no one’s surprise, that top-ranked player was DE Myles Garrett but how high he was on the list was the big question.
In 2021, Garrett was ranked 16th but his performance last season bumped him up a few spots to #11 this year:
"The greatest of my generation, that's what I'm trying to be."

While missing out on the top 10 is surprising, Garrett is the fourth highest-ranked defender behind DT Aaron Donald (at #2), DE T.J. Watt (at #6) and CB Jalen Ramsey (at #9). The luster of the Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl may have helped two of those players.
Our colleagues at Touchdown Wire disagree with the list.
Another big season from Garrett and a playoff run by the Browns should push him up into the top 10 and perhaps higher in 2023 but for now, the defensive end continues to chase greatness.
