Myleene Klass is 44 and feeling fabulous and wants everyone to know it as she has celebrated her latest birthday in sun-soaked style.
The radio host, musician and mum-of-three has jetted off to sunny Dubai to ring in her 44th birthday – where she has been maximising her vitamin D intake by skipping around in swimwear.
Taking to Instagram this week, Myleene boasted about her luxury trip which saw her boarding a private yacht to set sail towards birthday celebrations.
And it was also an opportunity for her to showcase her latest swimsuit design collaboration with Next – which fans themselves will be able to own in time for summer.
Posing on a boat while wearing a wild animal-print one piece, Myleene looked in a celebratory mood as she posed while holding a program about her birthday which was titled 'Phwoarty phwoar'.
She captioned her photo – which included the dramatic Dubai skyline behind her: “All aboard for 44!”
She also highlighted that her Myleene Klass X Next collection and added the design is “coming soon” for sale via the high street chain.
She also shared a video of snapshots from her boat trip showing her enjoying cake with her children and also modelling a bikini version of her animal print swimsuit.
Myleene captioned the video, which was soundtracked by the Glass Animals song Heat Waves: “Bestest Birthday on a boat.”
Myleene, who masterminded a 12 week home workout programme called MyBody, is looking in fine shape after previously explaining that she gained two stone during lockdown and after the birth of her son, Apollo.
She said previously: “When I had my first child, I didn’t know what to expect after the birth. I spent so much time trying to ‘get back’ to who I was before pregnancy — both physically and mentally.
“I remember thinking, ‘This body is new, this isn’t me’. You feel this pressure from all around to go back to your old self, but what I’ve realised is that that is ludicrous.
“You have gone through a massive change physically and also you are now a mum. That changes everything about who you are. You can’t ever ‘go back’ and you shouldn’t be made to feel that you need to.”
She added: “This time round, with Apollo, I’m still 2st heavier than I was before pregnancy, but I feel completely relaxed about it.”
Myleene has been a champion of body positivity, saying when she launched her fitness programme back in 2018: "After having two children, I wanted to help other mums and busy women find a way to stay fit that works for them.
“It is hard work but it is maintainable, not a lifestyle overhaul, but small manageable changes to help women stay fit and see real results.
"This isn’t just about weight loss, I wanted to make women feel strong and confident in their every day lives.”
