Myleene Klass has bravely opened up about the pain of suffering a miscarriage.
The mum-of-three, 43, has made a documentary called Miscarriage and Me and shared a clip of the footage on Instagram.
In moving scenes the former Hear'Say singer explains she miscarried four times before she welcomed her son Apollo with fiancé Simon Motson.
Holding back the tears, she says: "I couldn't speak to you like this four years ago. I just wouldn't have been able to speak to you."
The presenter looks back at a photo she posted online, which she took when she miscarried at 10 weeks pregnant - while on holiday.
Staring at the picture in which she stands holding her top to show her tummy, Myleene recalled: "This post is me in an airport loo. So I was about to fly home from a holiday for a D and C procedure which is where they take the baby out.
"I woke up and I was bleeding. It wasn’t like normal bleeding. I just knew. There was no warning. I just woke up and there’s that empty sinking feeling, it just hits you.
"This is where I realised I didn’t have a photo of me pregnant and I didn’t save the scan picture so I wanted to have one photo."
Myleene added that the reason she wanted to share her heartbreak was so she could help others in similar situations.
She said: "I can’t stress to you how badly I was trying to look for people who were in the same situation as me so I didn’t feel so alone.
"It took a lot of courage to send."
Myleene captioned the clip: "On #internationalwomensday, a day where we especially celebrate our womenfolk, I wanted to put this up as a reminder to any woman, (and family) going through this hell right now.
"Filming this documentary has to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and yet the most powerful and helpful.
"My family and friends are also in it. They were generous and brave enough to trust me with this for which I am eternally grateful. And to my partner Sim. Speaking on behalf of our men and what it feels like for them. Thank you.
"If you have experienced this grief or are going through it right now, you are not alone."
The star has three children Ava, 14, Hero, 10, and Apollo, two.
Ava and Hero are from Myleene’s first marriage, while she shares son Apollo with partner Simon.
