While everyone wants to have a healthy relationship with their in-laws, it doesn't always work out that way. One woman has been slammed by her mother-in-law after daring to be the first person to hold her newborn son. She explained how her mother-in-law requested to be in the delivery room while her "grandbaby" was being born - and wanted to be the first person to hold the child.
Taking to Reddit, she said: "She wanted to be in the delivery room with me but I refused to let her. My husband said he'd keep her out of the room under the condition that she be the first person to hold the baby. I didn't agree but didn't disagree as well - I just stayed silent.
