A reality TV star from hit show My 600lb Life now looks completely unrecognisable after her incredible weight loss.

Paula Jones weighed in at 542 pounds when she appeared on the TLC reality show back in 2014. The star confirmed she had struggled with overeating since a traumatic incident in her childhood, reports the Daily Star.

The star said she had a wake-up call when her husband tragically died at the age of 33 from weight-related complications – and worried her four kids would be left orphans if she didn’t change.
