My 600lb Life star Paula Jones looks completely unrecognisable after undergoing an impressive weight loss transformation.
The reality star weighed in at 542 pounds - 38.5 stone - when she appeared on the show back in 2014.
She decided to turn her life around after her husband sadly died at just 33 years old from weight-related complications.
Paula had also suffered a stroke and meningitis due to her weight and was worried that her four children would be left without both parents if she didn't change.
Paula had struggled with overeating since a traumatic incident in her childhood, but she worked through her emotional distress and has since dropped an incredible amount of weight.
The TV personality often takes to Instagram to update fans on her stunning transformation.
Paula dropped 273 pounds in her first year of weight loss by adopting an all-liquid diet. She also opted to get gastric bypass surgery.
The star has since continued with her counselling and employed a personal trainer to help her shed even more pounds.
She now weighs 200lbs and has shown off her new figure in a stunning swimsuit selfie.
Paula wore an orange and blue striped swimming costume as she soaked up the sun on a lounge chair.
She beamed for the camera as she proudly showed off her body, writing in the caption: "By the pool! Look at those shoulders and in a 2 piece! I never imagined!"
Her fans rushed to compliment the star, with one person writing: "I just watched your story on Hulu! I am so proud of you!!! You go get life girl!"
Another said: "That's so fantastic!! You're just amazing," while a third fan added: "You look very good! Congratulations!"
Paula also posts snaps of her healthy diet, as she tries to experiment with new flavours.
Last year, the star also showed off her weight loss with comparison pics, writing: "Where am I now? See for yourself. #my600lblife to #my200lblife."
Paula's fans described her as an "inspiration", with one person writing: "I just saw your episode . You're incredible. Congratulations you look amazing."
