Erin Patterson's defence team has presented medical records showing the accused triple murderer "worries about ovary cancer" and had a family history of the disease.

The 50-year-old mother is nearing the end of her highly publicised trial in regional Victoria, over a poisonous mushroom lunch she served to four members of her estranged husband's family.
