Mumbai: September 15 to mark the end of iconic double-decker buses!

Mumbai’s iconic double-decker buses will make their last ride on September 15, with the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) planning to phase out the remaining five buses in its fleet.

Additionally, the open-deck double-deckers, which are popular among tourists for leisure rides to Gateway of India and along Marine Drive, will also be gradually withdrawn by October 5.
