A parent visiting a Nottingham park where travellers are pitched up said she would 'live like them if I could'. A number of caravans have arrived at Stockhill Park - located in Stockhill Lane, at its junction with the A610 Nuthall Road near junction 26 of the M1.
Around half a dozen of caravans were seen at the site located between Cinderhill and Basford. In the playing area situated nearby, a group of parents who were watching their children said they are "not bothered by travellers".
Olivia Pavloska, who works in packaging, said: "I do not really mind it. We have not had any issues with them."

The 55-year-old added: "They are not doing anything. I do not even find their lifestyle interesting. I am just neutral, to be honest."
However, a mum who wanted to go by her name Jade, said she actually likes their lifestyle. "If I could live like them I would do it. I would home-school my children.
"They are going to learn more travelling around than being sat in a classroom. Coronavirus was the best thing for me because I could be around my children."
The 29-year-old added: "They do not bother us. I think there should be something in place to keep the park clean.
"I think a lot of it is to do with culturism. They are not causing any issues."
Sadie Hyghton, a support worker who used to live in the area, added: "There was quite a lot of trouble last time. We had an unpleasant experience with them.
"But it is difficult - because I know they experience a lot of prejudice. I am sure they get a lot of bother as well. It is the rubbish they leave behind to be honest."
Her partner Callum Swinn, an electrician, 29, added: "As long as they do not cause trouble - I do not see an issue."
A Nottingham City Council spokesperson said: “We are aware of a group currently on our land and when that happens we will always seek to issue an official eviction notice as soon as possible.”
Recently another group of travellers moved onto the grounds of Cavaliers & Carrington Cricket Club on Esher Grove, Mapperley Park, at around 9pm on April 16. The group, in 18 caravans, left the ground on April 17. Two encampments were also set up in recent weeks at the Queens Drive Park and Ride off the A52 Clifton Boulevard.
