A savvy mum has used a Martin Lewis top tip to slash her monthly heating bill.

After listening to the Money Saving Expert the British mum changed the way she heats her home - cutting her monthly heating bill from £95 to £12.

Manchester Evening News reports that the money whizz has previously suggested people don't leave their heating on a low temperature all day to lower their monthly outgoings.
