A mum has paid tribute to her 'beautiful and thoughtful daughter' who died after being found unresponsive in a police cell.

June Hartigan delivered a moving introduction at the inquest into daughter Kelly Hartigan-Burns death.

She was pronounced dead at the Royal Blackburn Infirmary after being found hanging at Greenbank Police Station in the town shortly after midnight on December 4, 2016.
