A mum has warned of the dangers of vaping after her teenage son was left fighting for his life after two drags on an e-cigarette. Spencer Smith, from Barnsley, was rushed to hospital after inhaling a vape he didn't know the contents of.
The terrifying ordeal resulted in Spencer collapsing on the floor whilst involuntarily convulsing before being rushed to A&E. Spencer, who was just 16 at the time, said he 'felt like he was going to die,' as YorkshireLive reports.
He had been playing football with his friends when he was offered the vape from some older boys. Under the impression it was a normal electronic cigarette, Spencer accepted.
