A mum says she and her four children were evicted and placed in a "hellhole" flat crawling with rats.
Lucie Taylor-Theis, 33, and her family were placed in the tiny flat in Ealing, west London, where they feel stuck and helpless.
The mum claims she has been reduced to tears due to their rodent-infested home - and says she has seen mice in her son's bedroom.
