A mum has been left fuming after her 'cheeky' neighbour has continued to move about and use her bins without her permission.
The Mirror reports that the man has filled the woman's wheelie bin with his own rubbish countless times, and even moves them to the point she can't get in her front door.
Taking to popular online social forum Mumsnet, the anonymous mum asked for advice on how she could deal with the annoying issue.
