Mum left overwhelmed after asking Aldi cashier to stop scanning items

One mum has been left overwhelmed after a stranger paid for the remainder of her shopping. The random act of kindness happened in the woman's local Aldi.

Francesca Jay was shopping there last week and she knew that she could only spend £50 on her food shop. The food shop was for her and her two children Sophie who is seven years old and William who is four.

When shopping she shopped as normal as her final bill never usually hits the £50 mark but as the items were being scanned the total continued to rise to the point Francesca had to ask the cashier to stop. That meant she was leaving some vegetables, bread and ice lollies behind on the belt, reports the MEN.
