A mum-of-five has spoken two years on from having a life-changing stroke.
Ms Mullins, 41, has had paralysis, a loss of vision and a loss of hearing on her left side since the stroke in August, 2020.
She has alleged that she visited QMC three times before doctors discovered what had happened, at which point she said they operated straight away.
