A mum has said she has been left baffled by the actions of her tenant who wants to turn their “lovely” garden into a space for parking.
She says the garden sits in front of a Victorian cottage that she inherited from her aunt who passed away shortly after Christmas 2021.
But the woman and her husband do not plan on moving into the home for at least a few more years as their workplaces are “too far” from the cottage. Since neither of them drive, they have decided to rent out the home until they are ready to move in.
