A mum has been left fuming after claims Christmas presents due to be delivered by Evri have still not arrived - despite ordering them in November.
Vanessa Cunliffe ordered four presents several weeks ago. Now she's worried she won't receive all the gifts on time as courier depot delays have been reported.
She says three of the parcels were dropped off at her home in Bacup, Lancashire, 'by a woman who said she didn't work for Evri'. But one is still outstanding.

Talking to LancsLive, the mum said: "On Facebook, people are talking about the backlog in the Waterfoot depot and how they're trying to get their parcels. They say that apparently staff have been sick so that's why there's such a backlog.
"I had four outstanding, but weirdly one night, a woman came round to my house and delivered three of them. She said she didn't work for Evri but I didn't question it.
"I think at the depot they're having to deal with loads of people coming down and wanting answers and now they're not letting anyone in. They did say though that they're working on the newer parcels, rather than the backlog that has been sitting there for two weeks when there was no drivers."
Although Vanessa has received three of the parcels, she is still awaiting the fourth and has been in touch with the seller. She added: "It's made me not want to order anything anymore, no one seems to care. I wouldn't mind if they had an answer for me, but no one seems bothered at all."
Natalie Burns, also from Bacup, is waiting on a number of Christmas presents. During Black Friday week, Natalie ordered around seven gifts for loved ones. Although some have since been delivered, most were stuck at the depot for several weeks.
Natalie said: "I'm part of this Neighbourhood Watch group on Facebook for where I live and everyone's talking about how it's not the drivers fault but that there's no one to cover them when they go off sick.
"I've received five of my parcels so far, but I have two outstanding. The problem is is that you don't find out when you order online, who the courier will be until you've bought it.
"If you know it's going to be Evri, you wouldn't buy anything. Another problem is the fact that I ordered during Black Friday, when the price is different.
"Now, if I apply for a refund and then re-order the gift, it'll be a higher price than when I originally ordered it, or it's out of stock."
LancsLive have approached Evri for comment who last week did confirm that the company has been fully operational since Sunday (11 December) in working through delayed parcels.
