A nurse says she felt physically sick after finding a worm in chicken delivered as part of her recipe box - after already preparing and eating two meals. Laura Stephen found the worm in a chicken breast delivered in her HelloFresh box as she was preparing a meal.
She had already made the other two recipes from the box and eaten them on previous days. Mum-of-three Laura began to prepare a Crispy Chicken with Chilli and Chive Sauce dish when she spotted the insect. Speaking to the Record, she said: "It was absolutely disgusting. I was physically feeling really sick.
"I get my Hello Fresh meals delivered on a Tuesday and I had ordered from them for four weeks in a row previously. When the meals got delivered they were all boxed up and I brought the delivery straight inside.
