Phoebe-Lea Swales received little education her mum Kimberley claims as the school was found guilty of unlawful disability discrimination in a tribunal.

St Mary's Menston Catholic Voluntary Academy in Leeds was found guilty of unlawful disability discrimination last Wednesday (May 18) in a tribunal.
