Can I get free delivery at MUJI?
No, MUJI has delivery costs with each purchase. Each delivery cost is calculated based on your order. The most affordable delivery costs are £3.95 for parcels between 0-2kg or £4.95 for parcels between 2-5kg. It’s worth noting that larger purchases can incur a surcharge.
Can I get an email newsletter discount at MUJI?
Yes, of course. MUJI has a £10 off discount when you sign up to the email newsletter. This discount is only valid on your first purchase of £50 or more, excluding shipping. You’ll automatically become part of the MUJI loyalty programme when you provide your email address.
Does MUJI have student discounts?
Yes. Students can get 10% off their online purchases when they spend more than £20. You’ll need to log into your Student Beans account to confirm you’re a student and access your unique voucher. Note: this is only available for full-priced products.
Are returns free at MUJI?
No, returns are not free. However, there is only a small return fee of £2.95 for most items. You should return your items within 30 days in a resalable condition. This means in its original packaging. If returning a large item, contact the customer service team.
Hints and Tips
Sale savings: Shop the sale page at MUJI for up to 70% off selected clothing. We’ve especially noticed Women’s Water-Repellent Coat which is reduced from £179 to £53.70, at the time of writing. You can also shop the sale for homeware, including highly sought-after MUJI candles.
Referral discount: Refer a friend to MUJI and they’ll get £15 off their first purchase of £70 or more. It’s worth noting this referral discount is only for full-priced products, and your friend has 14 days to use the code. Once your friend makes a successful purchase, you’ll then be sent £15 off your next purchase, too.
NHS discount: NHS staff and healthcare professionals can save 10% off their online MUJI purchases. You will need to log into your healthservicediscount account to confirm your place of work. When you have, you should be able to see your unique code straight away.
ReMUJI voucher: ReMUJI is the recycling programme at MUJI, which encourages more sustainability. You can get a 10% off voucher when you drop-off MUJI items, although this excludes innerwear, socks, and accessories. Your code will be valid for 30 days. What’s even cooler, is MUJI then makes these into an exclusive, blue clothing line called ReMUJI.
