Muireann O'Connell has admitted she had a cosmetic procedure on her face in a bid to be "honest" with her fans.

The Ireland AM presenter said she has had the "tiniest amount" of Botox to target crow's feet next to her eyes.

The 39-year-old made the admission on her Instagram page in order to give "full disclosure" to her followers who have previously asked her.
