Micron Technology (MU) is in the spotlight on Tuesday morning after the memory chips specialist announced a $600 million settlement and cross-licensing deal with Netlist (NLST). Under this agreement that resolves the patent infringement litigation between MU and NLST, the memory giant will pay $30 million a quarter to the micro-cap firm for five years.
Note that Micron stock is currently trading at more than 3x its price at the start of 2026.
