The founder of fast-growing restaurant chain Mowgli Street Food has revealed more expansion plans as the search for a major new investor starts.
Former barrister Nisha Katona opened her first eatery in Liverpool in 2014 and now presides over an ever-growing network across the UK - including a restaurant in Glasgow and another set to open in Edinburgh later this year.
She's also become a celebrity chef and appeared on Masterchef, Cooking with the Stars and The Great British Menu.
