A motorccylist has been rushed to hospital after a heavy crash in Finglas this afternoon.
Gardai confirmed that a collision involving a car and a motorcycle took place on Saint Margaret's Road near the Hampton Wood apartment complex shortly before 3pm. The road remains closed following the incident.
Emergency services rushed to the scene earlier this afternoon. The motorcyclist has been taken to the Mater Hospital, although their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
