Motorcyclist dies and woman seriously injured after Highlands crash

A MOTORCYCLE rider has died and a woman who was riding pillion has been seriously injured following a crash in the Highlands. 

The collision, which also involved a car and a van, took place on the A836 to the west of Bettyhill around 5.40pm on Friday.
