The mother of a terminally ill eight-year-old Belfast boy has said her family has been "inundated with so much kindness" since taking her son home to see out his final days.
Caoimhin Adams has been diagnosed with a condition known as ROHHAD, an illness with no cure or options for treatment that means his body is slowly shutting down.
His family is now organising a fun day for Caoimhin to give him a "big party" while there is still time.
