A tragic incident unfolded at a train station outside of Tel Aviv, where a mother heroically shielded her 9-month-old son during a terrorist attack. Inbar Segev-Vigder, identified as one of the victims, sacrificed her life to save her child, Ari. The heartbreaking event left Israel mourning the loss of seven lives, including Segev-Vigder and four other individuals: Revital Bronstein, Shahar Goldman, Nadia Sokolenko, and Ilya Nozadze.
The attack, carried out by two Palestinian men from Hebron, resulted in a shooting spree at a crowded light rail carriage. The suspects, who were later shot and killed by security forces and armed civilians, had no prior criminal records.
