A property dubbed the "most witchy house on Rightmove" comes with free cat and everything needed for fairytale lifestyle.
The three-bedroomed cottage has come on the market for £595,000 and is a quaint, Victorian Gothic-style house boasts with teak fascia boards and rosemary tiles.
It also boasts a large garden with a pigsty and room for chickens too, but it has definitely spooked some viewers out.
The Victorian property has its own a study, kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor which is said to be "oozing with period charm."
As well as the three bedrooms on the second floor there are also two additional ones in the converted loft.
But the added bonus is that the moggy who currently lives there wants to stay at the home in Littlebeck, near Whitby, North Yorks.
The house is on the market with estate agents Jackson Property Service and advertised by Rightmove.
The property listing reads: "The property also could come with a cat as the residing one would like to stay if possible."
One househunter - called Sally - said: "This house, the last paragraph in particular, is possibly the most witchy house I've ever seen on Rightmove.
"I love it. The spite is an added bonus."
Another - called Ben - said: "I love this."
The full listing reads: "In the Victorian Gothic style this detached property boasts the original teak fascia boards, rosemary tiles and the original windows.
"Set in manageable gardens but with extra land to the side there are a variety of outbuildings for garaging/ storage/chickens/and an old pigsty which can be converted.
"On the ground floor there is a good sized kitchen, a large dining room and a room which could be used as a study or additional reception.

The Mirror told earlier this month how a paranormal investigator discovered creepy remains in a lost pastor's house with an eerie secret.
The house in New Brunswick, Canada, had been abandoned for the past 10-15 years and has some questionable items inside.
In one image inside the decaying house, once owned by a former man of God, you're able to see a closet with an eerie cross made in blood on the white wood panel.
Another creepy photograph shows stuffed rabbits wasting away as they hang from the ceiling of the nursery.
Locals who can enter the house claimed they're unable to stay inside for long for a fear of the unexplainable force they feel if they stay too long.
