A shopping trip is rarely without chaos when you've got three young kids to look after, but one mum was "mortified" when things went very, very wrong during a trip to B&Q.
Caroline Akhtar popped into the Glastonbury branch on Saturday with her partner Azzy, their four-year-old son, Jacob, and daughters Frankie, three, and Eliza, one, to pick up a new washing line.
However, nature called for little Jacob and he found himself needing a "very big poo" when browsing the bathroom section.
