Families with babies and toddlers are being given a helping hand by a major supermarket as packs of nappies are reduced in price. Morrisons has halved the cost of Pampers in a promotion that runs until Tuesday, May 10.
The move comes as supermarkets battle it out for customers as the cost of living crisis hits millions across the country. Many retail prices are rising, but supermarkets have announced a series of price reductions on popular and essential items.
At Morrisons, jumbo packs of various sizes are included in the Morrisons deal, Manchester Evening News reports. The cost has been slashed from £14 to £7.
A spokesperson for the retailer said: "Morrisons is helping parents cut costs this spring with half price savings across a range of Pampers nappies.
"The stand-out offer is available in store and online for one week, from Tuesday 3rd to Tuesday, 10th May. Plenty of time for customers to bag some bargains."
As well as the Morrisons deal, Asda's Baby Event is also running until May 8 and features reduced nappies as well as feeding products and other babycare essentials. Among the items on offer, new parents can snap up the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Perfect Prep Machine for £70, saving £55, or purchase the Tommee Tippee Complete Feeding Set for £60, making a saving of £25.
