ALFREDO MORELOS was back in Rangers training today as he joined his team-mates at Ibrox for the open day.
The striker missed the season run-in through a thigh injury which required an operation.
Since then he has been working hard to get back to fitness for the Scottish Premiership opener this weekend.
Rangers take on Livingston on Saturday - and Giovanni van Bronckhorst was handed a major boost as Morelos returned to training.
It's unclear how far along in his comeback Morelos is but he took part in drills alongside his team-mates today.
Ahead of his appearance at Ibrox today, Morelos was expected to be back fully fit by September.
Speaking about Morelos and Filip Helander's fitness work, earlier this monthVan Bronckhorst commented: “Morelos is doing partial training with the team now, Filip is still not training with us he had a setback so we have to wait and see how that is developing."
